Aishwarya Ankobrao Kalaishekar is a Data Analyst at Midwest Health Initiative (MHI), where she leverages her expertise in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization to support evidence-based decision-making. She brings over five years of professional experience in healthcare data analysis, including roles at Molina Healthcare and HCL Technologies, where she focused on claims analytics, provider performance, and quality improvement initiatives.

At MHI, Aishwarya develops data pipelines, dashboards, and analytic solutions that drive insights into healthcare affordability, quality, and utilization across Missouri. Her work supports physicians, health systems, employers, and policymakers in improving health outcomes and reducing inefficiencies.

Aishwarya holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She is passionate about using data to create actionable insights that advance community health, with a strong emphasis on compliance and privacy (HIPAA, GDPR).
